Please be advised that Pathway Construction Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI Filing”) under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) on September 28, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) has been appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee under the NOI Filing. The effect of the NOI Filing is an automatic stay of proceedings against all creditors from commencing any judicial actions or realizations on security against Pathway without first obtaining the leave of the Court. The Trustee has established this website to make publicly available information and any such other documents as deemed necessary by the Trustee.
