On January 21, 2022, Natural MA Inc. (the “Company”) was assigned into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee”), which was affirmed at the First Meeting of Creditors held on January 31, 2022.

Please be advised that the Trustee is seeking offers from interested parties on the Company's intellectual property, which includes a Canadian patent, trademark, recipe/formula, and Canadian Food Inspection Agency registration approval, all related to Curus™, a proprietary supplement (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”). A copy of the Asset Tender Package, detailing the opportunity is provided below, with a deadline to submit offers of 12:00 p.m. MDT on April 1, 2022.
