On June 12, 2026 an Order pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the "BIA") and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended (the "CJA") appointing BDO CANADA LIMITED as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of MORGROVE HOLSTEINS LTD.
Notice to Creditors re Claims Process
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated August 14, 2026, a claims bar procedure was approved for the identification, quantification, collection and barring of certain claims against Morgrove Holsteins Ltd., its property, and as well with respect to claims made by creditors claiming entitlement as a beneficiary of a trust, actual or deemed, whether established by contract, agreement, custom, or statute (federal or provincial) or with respect to monies that are received or receivable from account debtors of Morgrove Holsteins Ltd.
THE CLAIMS BAR DATE IS 5:00 P.M. (EASTERN STANDARD TIME) ON OCTOBER 13, 2026. CLAIMS WHICH ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE CLAIMS BAR DATE WILL BE BARRED AND EXTINGUISHED FOREVER.
