On November 10, 2023, Mechtron Innovations Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”). BDO Canada Limited has been appointed as the trustee (the “Proposal Trustee”) in respect of the restructuring proceedings (the “Proceedings”).
On February 9, 2024 BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) was appointed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) as the Court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Mechtron Innovations Inc.
