On October 14, 2016 BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of Lanwest Mfg. Technologies Inc. ("Lanwest") pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
BDO has also been appointed as Trustee of Lanwest pursuant to an assignment made by Lanwest on July 21, 2016. BDO has also substituted KPMG Inc. as Trustee in the Proposal of Lanwest that was filed in October 2014.
The tab "Court Orders/Documents" to the left contains the Court materials for the Court Appointed Receivership as well as for the Bankruptcy and Proposal of Lanwest. Please note the proposal only relates to unsecured creditor claims up to the filing of the notice of intention to make a proposal, which was filed on July 28, 2014.
