On October 4, 2024, BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, (i) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Respondent ECRE Smart Living Hinton Inc. (the “ECRE”), pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice Flaherty of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”).
