On February 18, 2026, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”), without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and property of Danzor Investments Inc. (“Danzor”) pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice Myers of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
