On September 4th, 2025, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta granted an order (“Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of Caliber Control Systems Ltd. (“Caliber”), & Flodell Enterprises Ltd (“Flodell”).
