On August 26, 2026, pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of Bastian Holdings Ltd., Krystle Holdings Ltd., Whitewater Steelers Reinforcing Ltd., Skaw Properties Ltd., 207 – 53 West Hastings Holdings Ltd., 27222 Lougheed Highway Holdings Ltd., 1226745 B.C. Ltd., and 1226734 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”).

The Companies own property located at 27222 Lougheed Highway, in Maple Ridge, B.C. (the “Lougheed Property”), 8653 River Road South, in Dewdney, B.C. (the “River Road Property”), and 207 – 53 West Hastings Street, in Vancouver, B.C. (the “Hastings Property”).

Prior to the receivership, the Lougheed Property was foreclosed upon, and a court-ordered sales processed had already commenced, pursuant a Conduct of Sale Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The Receivership Order has no effect on this sales process at this time.

The Receiver has secured the River Road Property and Hasting Property and will be commencing a sales process. Any party interested in making an offer on the property should contact the Receiver.
