On March 25, 2026, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") granted an order (the "Receivership Order") appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver of all the current and future assets, undertakings, and property of 640 Holdings Ltd. and Positive Life Concepts Inc. The Receivership Order was initially stayed until the filing of a lenders certificate (the "Lender's Certificate") which was filed on April 9, 2026.
