Executive summary
Ross has worked in public accounting for over 30 years providing audit, accounting and business advisory services to a variety of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, construction companies and automotive dealers.
He advises clients on corporate and tax restructuring, business planning, cash flow projections and forecasting and negotiating with financial institutions to recapitalize operations to help them significantly enhance the financial performance of their businesses. On the international front, Ross has worked with various companies on cross-border issues, such as logistics, foreign exchange, hedge accounting and international consolidations.
Ross is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). He is actively involved in the Mississauga and Brampton boards of trade.
