Executive summary
Rose provides domestic and international tax planning for private and publicly owned companies in various sectors. She is also the Tax Office Service Line Leader for Toronto Centre. She works primarily with Canadian subsidiaries of multinational corporations providing a variety tax services. In particular, she provides corporate tax compliance services, tax accounting services (in accordance with Canadian GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS), advice on inbound and outbound structures and advice on the sale and purchase of major assets. Rose has also worked with a number of clients on the tax compliance for their IPO's and reverse takeovers.
