Jocelyn Décoste, P.Eng., PMP

Executive summary

Jocelyn has an undergraduate Electrical Engineering degree from Ottawa University, formal training and experience in project and program management and over 25 years of experience in management consulting with an emphasis on information management and information technology initiatives. Jocelyn's experience includes the procurement of complex cloud computing systems and services, information technology infrastructure, products, services and solutions on behalf of public sector organizations. After an active career in the Canadian Forces, both overseas and in Canada, he founded and managed his own consulting firm, where for 18 years he was responsible for the implementation of many projects.

Since 2013, Jocelyn works for BDO Canada as a Senior Manager Consulting Services Strategic Procurement. He specializes in the realization of large projects with a complex procurement component involving multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
