His primary focus is the cross-border taxation of individuals and trusts. As the national leader of BDO Canada's U.S. personal tax practice, he oversees approximately 35 dedicated personnel in 11 offices across Canada.
Jason is actively involved in the development of national policies and standards for BDO Canada's U.S. tax practice. He has presented cross-border tax topics at conferences for the Canadian Tax Foundation, CPA Canada, Bloomberg BNA, the American Immigration Lawyers' Association, and the Portfolio Management Association of Canada.
