Andrea is a tax lawyer specializing in resolving tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial tax authorities. She represents clients at all levels including in audits, objections, and appeals before the Courts. Andrea has appeared in the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She is also experienced in administrative applications such as voluntary disclosures and taxpayer relief requests.
Prior to joining BDO Law, Andrea practiced with a tax boutique firm in Vancouver where she assisted clients in tax disputes and in tax, succession, estate, and trust planning matters.
Andrea is also a competitive triathlete and has represented Team Canada at several World Triathlon Championship events, including Abu Dhabi in 2022 where she won gold in the super sprint distance.
