Adam Brown is the Managing Partner of BDO Management Consulting across Canada, as well as the Managing Partner, Enterprise Client Portfolio. Adam also serves as the Toronto Region Market Co-Leader and is a member of BDO's Senior Leadership Team.

Adam leads a highly-skilled team of Management Consulting professionals delivering high impact services across Strategy, Value Creation, Analytics, Digital Strategy, Public Sector Transformation, and People Advisory. As Managing Partner for Enterprise Client Portfolio, Adam is responsible for guiding the firm's approach and strategy to serve our enterprise segment clients, drawing together collaboration by team members across all of BDO's Audit, Tax, and Advisory service lines. As Toronto Region Market Co-Leader, Adam works with BDO's Toronto team to set and execute local go-to-market strategy and priorities.

In his client work, Adam specializes in performance improvement and turnaround, growth strategy, margin improvement, cost reduction, operational restructuring, market analysis, and business planning. With respect to M&A transactions, he supports clients with enhanced diligence requirements (commercial, market, operational), as well as synergies, integration planning, execution, and other pre/post transaction value enhancement. Adam takes a practical and hands-on approach to helping clients quickly execute and realize targeted strategies and specific business/EBITDA improvements.

With over 20 years of experience across several industries, Adam has a deep understanding in consumer facing sectors such as retail, consumer packaged goods, restaurants, tourism, and hospitality. He has co-authored several publications on the topics of revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost reduction, and pre-divestiture performance improvement. He advises private company owners, senior management of large corporations, boards, and private equity investors on their most critical and urgent business issues. He works with clients across Canada, globally, and has been on assignments in 19 countries around the world.
