BDO Canada’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that Westland Insurance Group Ltd. (Westland) has acquired National Brokers Insurance Services Inc. (National Brokers Insurance).
National Brokers Insurance is a Canadian and international broker of property and casualty insurance products and services. The brokerage provides custom-tailored solutions for organizations with commercial, group, and specialty insurance needs.
BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team acted as exclusive financial advisor to National Brokers Insurance, assisting the owners of the business through the entire divestiture process.
