Our M&A and Capital Markets team acted as advisor to Duroflex Specialty Papers by assisting the shareholders of the business with the complete divestiture process.

Duroflex Specialty Papers is a one-stop supplier of speciality paper products to the graphic arts industry and commercial printers, offering a wide selection of commercial printing products to customers across Canada. The company’s seasoned operating team has served the Canadian market for more than 22 years.
