Founded in 1992, and based in Red Deer, AB, Abacus is a line-locating and field services provider in Western Canada. Their services include underground utility locating, One Call management services, digital mapping, and a pipeline sign production and installation department.
Our M&A and Capital Markets team acted as an advisor to Abacus, assisting the owners of the business throughout the entire sales process.
