BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that Caliber Communications Inc. and Syncro Monitoring Inc. (collectively referred to as Caliber) has been acquired by Stealth Monitoring Inc. 

Founded in 2014, Caliber is a leading video surveillance business focused on providing design, installation and active remote monitoring solutions throughout Canada and the United States. The Company brings state-of-the-art, patented technology with unparalleled surveillance and video management capabilities with a reputation for outstanding service. 

Our M&A and Capital Markets team acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Caliber, assisting the shareholders of the business with the divestiture process.
