Page features

  1. Background colours can now be added to rows
  2. The 2 column options have been reworked. There are still 2 row options, the 1180 and the 1440 but both of these can have their column widths adjusted to these percentages and will wrap accordingly:
    1. Equal (50/50)
    2. 75/25 or 25/75
    3. 67/33 or 33/67

Widgets

  1. CTA Box - With Icons has been removed from the system
  2. CTA Box
    1. Fixed an issue where there was too much bottom padding if a CTA button was not used. This caused the text in the box to not be vertically centered.
  3. Event cards
    1. Added a cap of 165 characters, including spaces, to the cards. If the title and description combined is greater than 165 characters, the text will be truncated and an ellipses will be added at the end.
      1. The title alone should not exceed 150 characters
  4. Insight Listing & Insight Carousel
    1. The date displayed on insight cards will now be the "Last Updated Date" instead of the "Posted Date". If the "Last Updated Date" is not provided the "Posted Date" will be displayed.
    2. These widgets now order the cards according to the "Last Updated Date" instead of the "Posted Date"
  5. Light colour option
    1. All widgets now have the option to change the text to white. This allows widgets to be used on dark backgrounds.
    2. As such the "Accordion" and "Accordion Two Columns with Image" now have a white colour option
  6. Quote Card Carousel
    1. A few adjustments have been made to make it mobile friendly
  7. Quote card
    1. The "Author Position / Location" field is now optional
    2. This widget now has the ability to add an image to the top, left, or right of the card. The image will not be displayed when using it in a carousel. 

New widgets

  1. Zig zag: Insight
    1. This widget simply points to an insight and will automatically add the text, image and link to the zig zag
    2. Each insight now has extra fields in order for this widget to work
  2. Zig zag: Structured content
    1. This widget works just like the original Zig zag but built like structured content

Accessibility

  1. Bio cards have been adjusted so that the aria-labels are on the <a> tags instead of the <span>

    • The “Widget Header - Text” field (the one that displays the widget header) no longer displays HTML code
  6. Zigzag
    • Fixed an issue where the title and text fields appeared to be optional but were not - these are now optional
  7. Links in the following widgets now have the ability to be opened in a new tab
    • Adhoc card (Button URL & Link URL)
    • Circle card with image (Link URL)
    • Video (Button Link)
    • Vertical tab (Link #1 and Link #2)
      • This widget already has this option, but it was not working
