Women in Search of Excellence

Recognizing the inspirational women of BDO.

The contributions made by women across our firm resonate strongly and continually inspire us. In 2022, we introduced the Women in Search of Excellence (WISE) Awards to celebrate International Women’s Day and recognize BDO women who promote excellence within our firm and their communities.

The awards honour the legacy of the firm’s six inaugural women partners, symbolizing our commitment to fostering an environment where women can participate fully, uplift one another, and be positioned for success. Each awarded individual embodies the essence of excellence and empowerment, inspiring us all to reach new heights and bend the arc of possibility.
