Warren is a restructuring and turnaround professional with 13 years of experience advising lenders and companies through complex financial and operational distress. He helps lenders assess risk, protect capital, and execute recoveries when borrowers face covenant pressure or underperformance. Warren also works directly with management teams to stabilize operations, evaluate restructuring options, and accelerate value‑preserving exits in uncertain environments.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, and Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Warren brings financial rigour, practical restructuring judgment, and trusted credibility to enhance stakeholder confidence. His experience spans manufacturing, transportation, government, financial services, oil and gas, performance marketing, and mining sectors.
Warren is based in BDO’s Toronto – Wellington office.
