Based in Montréal, Jocelyn will spearhead the Performance Management offering, designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution for mid-size and large company finance leaders.
Jocelyn brings two decades of specialized experience in finance function optimization, having led organizations through complex transformations that deliver measurable improvements in cash flow, operational margins, and decision-making capabilities. His appointment reinforces BDO's commitment to providing CEOs and CFOs with the strategic partnership they need to navigate today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

The Performance Management offering under Jocelyn's leadership will extend our ability in CFO Services to help organizations transform their finance functions, design value-driven KPI frameworks, optimize finance operating models, and implement technology solutions that support strategic decision-making at all organizational levels.
He joins BDO Canada on September 11 and will be based in the Montréal office.
