With 20 years of experience, he helps medium and large-sized organizations modernize their finance functions, from operating models and processes to technology and performance management. His focus is on driving measurable improvements in cash flow, margin, and decision-making clarity.

At BDO, Jocelyn leads the Performance Management offering within CFO Services, working with finance leaders to turn ambition into execution. Known for his analytical rigour and ability to connect the dots across functions, he combines rapid diagnostics, KPI design, and practical support to deliver results that last.

Jocelyn has successfully led more than 70 transformation projects across industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, engineering, and transportation and logistics. His approach is hands-on and people-first, grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and empathy.
