At BDO, Jocelyn leads the Performance Management offering within CFO Services, working with finance leaders to turn ambition into execution. Known for his analytical rigour and ability to connect the dots across functions, he combines rapid diagnostics, KPI design, and practical support to deliver results that last.
Jocelyn has successfully led more than 70 transformation projects across industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, engineering, and transportation and logistics. His approach is hands-on and people-first, grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and empathy.
Outside of consulting, Jocelyn is a competitive hybrid athlete, father of three, and a lifelong learner who believes true performance—in business and in life—comes from balancing discipline with purpose.
