On June 18, 2025, RHH Rental Properties Ltd. (“RHH”) filed for bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) was appointed as Trustee in bankruptcy.
On May 20, 2025, BDO was appointed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) as Receiver over all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Sherwood Forest Square Ltd. (“Sherwood”). On May 30, 2025, SF Square GP Corp. (“Square GP”) filed for bankruptcy and BDO was appointed as Trustee in bankruptcy.
