Ras-Con Group Inc

On December 16, 2021 BDO Canada Limited was appointed as the Receiver over the assets and undertakings of Ras-Con Group Inc. ("Ras-Con") pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The Receiver is to conduct a claims process for the determination of construction trust claims as against the assets of Ras-Con pursuant to the Construction Act (Ontario), ROS 1990, c C.30 (each a "Trust Claim"). Any person who believes that they have a valid trust claim, which arose prior to December 16, 2021, should send a completed trust claim form to the Receiver by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on March 24, 2022 (the "Claims Bar Date"). Trust claims which are not received by the Receiver by the Claims Bar Date will be barred and extinguished forever.
