On August 27, 2024, BDO Canada Limited was appointed by the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan (the “Court”) as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Moose Jaw Auto & Leisure Ltd. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.
