(the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including, in particular the lands municipally known as 1607 King Street East, Clarington, Ontario, identified by PIN 26591-0281 (LT) in LRO #40, and bearing legal description PART LOT 31, CONCESSION 2, TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON, PART 1 PLAN 40R32249; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER PART 1 PLAN 40R32249 AS IN DR2039533; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT AS IN DR2323809; MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON (the “Mortgaged Lands”).
