On March 7, 2025, pursuant to an application made by the Toronto-Dominion Bank, BDO was appointed as court-appointed receiver, without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and property of JBT Transport Inc. (“JBT”), Waydom Management Inc. (“Waydom”), Melair Management Inc. (“Melair”), Heritage Truck Lines Inc. (“HTL”), Drumbo Transport Ltd. (“Drumbo”), Heritage Northern Logistics Inc. (“HNL”), and Heritage Warehousing & Distribution Inc. (“HWD”) (collectively, the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice Kimmel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
