Pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on August 2, 2023, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver and Manager (in such capacity as “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property (the “Property”) of J.J. Cool & Co Ltd. (the “Company”).
The Company is solvent and in operation. The Receiver has not taken possession of the Property.
