On October 26, 2026, pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of Cymax Group Technologies LTD., Cymax Stores USA LLC, Freight Club LLC, Cymax Services USA LLC, and Cymax Stores USA, Inc. (the “Companies”).
The Companies are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and are B2B e-commerce and logistics technology companies focused on providing vendors and retailers services for selling across online channels, optimizing fulfillment and providing shipping solutions to e-commerce customers. They also operate an online furniture retail business.
