On January 7, 2020 by Order of the Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy (Commercial List), BDO Canada Limited was appointed Receiver of the assets and undertakings of Sudbury Regional Hearing Services Inc., a company amalgamated with Bruserfactory Inc. ("Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
