On June 17, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted an order (“Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the current and future assets and undertakings of Big Country Construction and Building Supplies 2018 Ltd. (the “Company”).
Additionally, on June 17, 2026, the Court granted a sale approval and vesting order for an en-bloc sale of the Company’s assets.
