BDO Canada Limited has consented to act as a Receiver of Big Country Construction and Building Supplies 2018 Ltd. ("Big Country 2018") pursuant to an application before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") to be made by 101825 Alberta Ltd. ("1018 AB").
BDO Canada Limited, in its capacity as proposed Receiver, has also made an application seeking Court approval of a sale of the substantial assets of Big Country 2018 to Big Country Construction 2025 Ltd., with such application to be made if the Court grants the original 1018 AB receivership application.
The Court application will be held on June 17, 2026.
