On July 18, 2025, BDO Canada Limited became the Receiver without security, of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 2760861 Ontario Inc. pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice Cavanagh of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
