On March 19, 2025, pursuant to an application made by the Toronto-Dominion Bank, BDO was appointed as court-appointed receiver, without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and property of 2271066 Ontario Limited (“2271066”) pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice J. Dietrich of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
