On January 11, 2025, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta entered an order (the “Bankruptcy Order”) adjudging 2073884 Alberta Ltd. o/a Dalla Tavola Zenari bankrupt pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”).
The Bankruptcy Order also appointed BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) as Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate.
The Statement of Affairs (the “SOA”) in the prescribed form was sworn on January 21, 2025, which was filed with the Office of Superintendent of Bankruptcy who issued a Certificate of Filing detailing a Date of Bankruptcy of January 22, 2025 (the “Date of Bankruptcy”).
