On February 11, 2021, pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the “Court'), 1652563 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) was placed into receivership and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of the Company.
