On March 9, 2026, pursuant to an Order (the “Order”) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of 1235299 B.C. Ltd. and Fort Pelly Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”).

The Companies own and operate a Single-Room Occupancy property at 165 West Pender Street, in Vancouver, B.C. The Receiver has secured the property and will be listing it for sale. Any party interested in making an offer on the property should contact the Receiver.
