With more than two decades of international tax experience in private and public markets, she excels in cross-border structured transactions, buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, divestitures, and business integration mandates.  She has considerable experience working with private equity, real estate, and infrastructure funds on matters such as fund formation, sidecars and co-investment vehicles tailored for domestic and foreign pension funds, institutional investors, endowments, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and has completed executive leadership programs with the Rotman School of Management and the Jack Welch School of Leadership. She is based in the firm’s Toronto office.
