Mina Farinacci is the East Leader for the Business Services & Outsourcing practice and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously serving as Office Managing Partner for Québec, Mina played a key role in driving growth across the province by fostering a culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client experience. She believes that strong businesses are built through trust, human connection, and the courage to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
Mina has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, namely financial services, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, construction, and technology. She has worked closely with First Nations communities and organizations, for which she performed audit mandates.
A strong advocate for positive leadership and mentorship, Mina is deeply committed to developing people and creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive. She is frequently recognized for her ability to inspire others through authenticity, energy, and vision, while fostering cultures rooted in trust, inclusion, and innovation.
Beyond her professional role, Mina is actively involved in the business community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada. Since October 2025, she has also served on BDO Canada’s Board, contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and continued growth across the country.
