Matthew has more than two decades of business accounting and consulting experience, working primarily with small- and medium-sized businesses, including 15 years at a mid-size accounting firm where he did substantial audit work and was a partner for five years.
Matthew has worked with clients in a broad range of industries such as construction, real estate, retail, mining, professional services, non-profit, and information technology. He has overseen and advised on income tax planning and compliance, business accounting and consulting, financial reporting and internal controls.
Matthew has contributed to his community as a hockey coach and a board member for Open Doors for Lanark County Children & Youth.
