Matthew Kenny is the Consulting Leader for BDO Canada and a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.

Previously, Matthew served as Advisory Corporate Growth Leader, where he led growth initiatives across the Advisory practice, including the direct admit strategy and the expansion of BDO Canada’s Consulting practice. Before that, as leader of BDO Digital, he guided advisory and technology teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients while advancing the firm’s technology services, and delivery capabilities.

Across both roles, Matthew has been instrumental in shaping the firm's Consulting strategy, strengthening delivery capabilities, and driving sustainable business growth. As a member of the Advisory Leadership Team, Matthew also helped shape the firm's strategy and AI Vision.

Matthew brings more than 20 years of management consulting experience, advising clients on growth strategy, operational effectiveness, technology planning, and solution implementation. Since 2008, he has focused on serving private and mid-market companies, advising many of Canada’s leading mid-market business leaders as they invest in stronger business performance.
