Mark provides audit and assurance services to public manufacturing, mining, mineral exploration and technology clients operating globally. He has successfully assisted several group audits of Canadian-based clients operating complex businesses in jurisdictions around the world. Mark's expert witness experience includes providing expert testimony related to contract disputes arising from accounting issues or interpretations.

Mark has extensive experience working with CPAB and PCAOB since the inception of both regulators.
