Executive summary
Kristine Simpson has over 25 years of experience in general accounting, audit, and tax practices. She has extensive experience working with all areas of the public sector and NPO audit engagements in British Columbia. This includes, municipalities, health authorities, universities, colleges, school districts, crown corporations and other government agencies. She specializes in public sector and NPO audit and finance; internal control reviews, strategic planning, advising on mergers and combinations and capital project consultations.
Kristine has delivered training to public sector clients on PSAB standards, emerging issues, and performance measures. She has presented at the Government Finance Officers Association Conference and Housing Central on Municipal Housing issues and consolidation in the sector.
