Prior to joining BDO, JM was leading a Dayforce Boutique consultancy, providing consulting services to over 60 Mid-market Canadian organizations, in the areas of HR-IT landscape re-engineering, organizational transformation, process optimization, Dayforce implementation, and Dayforce post-deployment support. As a certified Dayforce consultant, JM brings seasoned consulting experience and leadership to help his clients maximize the value of their HCM Technology investments.
