Janet Boyle is an accomplished leader and experienced executive in the Canadian financial services industry. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Home Equity Finance at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions where she manages a $450 billion mortgage portfolio and all of the exciting opportunities associated with creating tailored advice and mortgage solutions to support Canadians with their home ownership experience.
Having spent over two decades in various roles in the financial services sector, Janet has broad experiences in driving successful financial outcomes in digital solutions, business line growth, merger and acquisition activities and risk management. She thrives on building high performing teams where people feel valued and motivated to excel.
Janet holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a B.A. from the University of Toronto. She is an active volunteer and a very proud member of the Board of Directors of the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation, an organization that provides supportive care programs to help Canadians who are living with cancer.
