David is a Senior Manager in the Financial Recovery Services practice in the London, Ontario office.
David has practiced in the insolvency and restructuring field for more than 15 years with most of his experience gained at a national accounting firm. His professional experience includes business reviews and consulting assignments on behalf of secured lenders, receiverships, formal proposals under The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and bankruptcies. These assignments have covered several industries including automotive – both retail and parts manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, airlines, and technology.
David also has experience in investigative accounting within an insolvency engagement and due diligence assignments on behalf of going concern purchasers. He has appeared as a witness in Ontario Superior Court in litigation involving a bank and commercial borrower.
David has also been a part-time Instructor in Accounting at Fanshawe College. He resides in London, Ontario where he has been active as a Director and volunteer in his local community organization (OSCO) for over ten years, serving as a President.
