Dallin is a Tax Partner in BDO Canada’s Calgary office. With over 13 years of experience, he advises private equity firms, family offices, and corporate clients on the Canadian and cross-border tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other complex transactions across a wide range of industries.Dallin has extensive expertise in leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, structuring acquisitions and divestitures, and advising on integration planning. He also provides strategic guidance on shareholder reorganizations, surplus repatriation strategies, and management incentive arrangements, helping clients achieve both immediate and long-term tax efficiency. As a key member of BDO’s Transaction Tax practice, Dallin collaborates closely with the firm’s Transaction Advisory and Corporate Finance teams to deliver seamless, integrated tax solutions for domestic and international transactions.
In addition to his transaction-focused work, Dallin supports BDO’s Private Equity and Family Office clients with fund structuring, ongoing portfolio company support, and exit planning.
