Executive summary
Cory joined BDO in 1993 and has worked exclusively in tax since 1996. He completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course in 1999 and the CICA Corporate Reorganizations course in 2001. Cory focuses on the tax planning needs of owner-managed businesses in the Salmon Arm and Revelstoke areas, including incorporations, family trusts, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale planning, and estate and succession planning.
Cory has been a tutorial leader at the CICA In-Residence Tax conference and a presenter/facilitator at numerous BDO tax conferences. He has spoken on tax and estate planning matters to many different groups. Cory was the BDO team captain for all 15 years of the Canadian Cancer Society's annual “Relay for Life” in Salmon Arm. He and his family are actively involved with the Larch Hills x-country ski team.
